?? As a Reprographics Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding print services to our client's customers. Your duties will include:
Operating HV Colour and Black & White devices via network connections.
Utilising finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.
Working diligently to meet tight, specified deadlines.
Assisting with administrative and data input tasks.
Providing professional and excellent customer service, representing our client on-site.
Handling client inquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
Taking on any other duties as required by the team.
?? To succeed in this role, you should have a good level of IT skills, including knowledge of print set-ups. Additionally, you must be able to prioritise and manage peak service demands and take a flexible approach to working patterns. ??
