**Core Responsibilities
- Teaching & Content Development: Plan and deliver coursework, ensuring all learning objectives are met. Regularly update materials and take a lead role in course management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications
- Academic Background: A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is essential, with a Master's required. A PhD or significant industry experience is preferred.
- Teaching Credentials: A teaching certificate or equivalent, or a commitment to obtain one within three years. Fellowship in the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in higher education, including student support and supervision both online and in person.
