Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing outstanding payments from clients via phone and email
- Ability to communicate internally with other departments and speak with key project contacts
- Dealing with invoices queries and any issues that may arise
- Monitoring the inbox
- Ban reconciliation and cash allocation
- Credit checks on new accounts
- Taking legal action where required
- Escalating any issues to management
- Assisting other departments within the finance team where required
- Monday to Friday - 24 hours per week flexible on what days and hours worked
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Will have worked in a similar background before
- Sage 200 experience is desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excel proficient
- Attention to detail
Job Offer
Salary up to £25000 FTE + 25 days holidays (plus banks - pro roated) + Free on site parking + flexible hours over 5 days + pension + work from home.
