Property Management Manager

Role Overview
: As the Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of property managers to deliver top-tier service. You will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, and compliance is strictly followed.
Responsibilities
:
- Lead and manage a team of property managers, conducting regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings
- Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met across the portfolio
- Handle key processes such as property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions, and managing arrears
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors to ensure timely completion
- Process deposit returns and handle eviction requests
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, including inventory management
Skills and Experience
:
- At least 3 years of experience in residential lettings, particularly in property management
- Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and encourage their development
- Ability to create and foster strong relationships with clients
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
