We are looking for someone to join our clients' projects team as a Commissioning Engineer and lead the successful start-up of Separation and Flow technology equipment. This is a permanent position, and will be based out of Milton Keynes, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full technical assessments of projects.
- Review installation plans, GA Drawings, PID, and EPLAN.
- Plan system integration with automation engineers.
- Prepare and manage commissioning documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and project teams.
- Resolve technical issues promptly.
- Supervise equipment installation and conduct mechanical assembly.
- Perform electrical inspections and commissioning of control panels.
- Configure HMIs and drive units.
- Oversee dry start-up, process commissioning, and optimization.
- Finalize and hand over the project to the client.
- Adhere to QSHE requirements and Health & Safety policies.
- Support the service team as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in service/commissioning of separation or process equipment.
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical competency.
- Process engineering experience.
- Basic automation skills (advantageous).
