Litigation Paralegal
Location: Manchester City Centre

The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience and be capable of managing various legal matters with technical skill. A strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally is also essential for this role.

Candidate Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience handling County Court claims
- Background in debt recovery
- Proficient in liaising with and briefing Counsel
- Experience in high court and tribunal proceedings
- Exposure to general litigation
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- Legal Practice Course (LPC) would be an advantage but not essential
