Your new school
I am recruiting for an Administrator and receptionist / school admin for a school located in Cardiff. The school has a positive and supportive ethos to create an inclusive and supportive working environment amongst the staff. The leadership have a clear communication pathway for all staff members in the school. The school aims to provide the highest standard of care for their students.
Your new role
This will be a full-time role, managing data on SIMS and working at the reception desk to greet any visitors or parents who enter the school. This role requires you to produce reports and handle data entry via SIMS. You will liaise with staff and the community to resolve problems and deal with enquiries alongside this. SIMS experience is highly desirable. Otherwise, you must be familiar with data entry systems and have a willingness to learn how to use the SIMS system.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working in an administrative setting, ideally within a school or similar organisation. You will have good knowledge of SIMS and the ability to navigate the system. Alternatively, you will have comparable systems experience. You will be well-organised and a fast learner with good communication skills.
