Finance Assistant
Attleborough - Office Based
£25k + Study Support
Keeler Recruitment are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a rapidly growing business in the Attleborough area.
The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Finance and support the broader finance department with group finance responsibilities.
Duties will include;
- Role is primarily responsible for maintaining purchase ledger and Group Companies
- Submission of invoices for approval by appropriate manager and recording in accounting software - Xero.
- Preparation of payment run to be uploaded to bank for approval.
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Code and post credit card statements
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Monthly reporting including but not limited to bank and stock management reconciliation.
- Any other tasks required by Head of Finance.
You will ideally be AAT Qualified / studying towards AAT qualification and would like to progress, experience within a similar role and knowledge of Xero or similar accounting system.
Due to the location, you will need access to your own transport.
