**The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in generating qualified leads, booking high-value appointments, and pitching bespoke software solutions to senior-level decision-makers. This is a consultative sales role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving business challenges.
**Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, phone calls, and email outreach.
- Book appointments with senior executives including C-suite, Heads of Operations, and IT Managers.
- Confidently pitch tailored software solutions and secure meetings for the Sales Director.
- Understand client pain points and propose relevant, value-driven solutions.
- Follow up on event leads and engage prospects at trade shows and exhibitions.
**Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong business acumen and logical problem-solving ability.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and confident communicator.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive team.
