Your new role
This Casualty Fraud Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of litigated fast and multi-track casualty fraud files on behalf of insureds and insurer clients. Your caseload will consist of predominantly EL/PL files (including highways), as well as some housing disrepair and property damage files where fraud is suspected. Files will be valued up to sub-catastrophic injury, as the firm has a specialised team who deal with these claims.
