My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join their team!

Salary:

Up to £28,000

Location:

On site, in North West London.

Contract:

Full Time | Permanent

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily administration and operations of the lettings team.
  • Respond to resident enquiries and coordinate property viewings.
  • Assist with onboarding new residents and tenancies including referencing and preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Keep the database updated with all recent communications from residents.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times and truly demonstrate an eagerness to help, listen and solve any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate check ins and check outs and ensure properties are ready for new tenancies and residents.
  • Coordinate relevant compliance documents and ensure properties meet industry and company compliance guidelines.
  • Work with other teams to ensure any repairs, maintenance are dealt with before a tenancy begins.

Ideal skills and attributes:

  • Ideally you will have experience working in Real Estate within a similar administration role. Desired but not essential.
  • Some understanding or some experience working in the build to rent space would be a huge bonus but not essential.
  • Excellent administration skills and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a busy, fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Great people skills and confident working with people from all walks of life.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Helpful, flexible and genuinely enjoys the dynamic nature of working in Real Estate.
  • Super organised and able to spin multiple plates (efficiently!)
