Conveyancer Full Time or Part Time

Our client is seeking a Conveyancer, this role can be Full Time or Part Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the full life cycle of residential property transactions, from file opening through to post-completion.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
  • Conducting meetings with clients to provide guidance and updates.
  • Accurately maintaining time records and managing billing processes.
  • Liaising with all parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth progress.
  • Taking on additional duties as required.
  • Contributing to business development efforts to expand the department.

  • Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters
  • Experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
  • Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
  • Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ambition to progress
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
