Description
- Manage all transactions related to accounts payable.
- Handle payment processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and reconcile invoices and statements.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
Profile
The successful applicant:
- Ideally be studying or have studied towards AAT - not essential
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
