Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and tenants, including online listings and social media campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of lettings agents, providing training and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Financial Management: Handle rent collections, deposit management, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise between landlords and tenants, maintaining a fair and balanced approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
