Position: Residential Property Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Epsom
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
I am currently working with a leading boutique law firm who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy team in Epsom. The firm has a range of clients including housing developers and high net worth clients.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual, ideally with between 4-6PQE.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at between 4-6 PQE experience or a licensed conveyancer with similar levels of experience.
- Have the ability to manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including: sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, right to buy, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity.
- Have excellent knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
