Ofsted Registered Manager - Dual Registration

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new and innovative service in the Wirral area. This role is unique as it involves a phased appointment focused on developing a dual-managed group of two homes.
In the initial phase of this role, you will oversee an established three-bedded home that is currently rated as good by Ofsted, with support from a dedicated staff team and exceptional deputy manager. Working alongside our director of childcare, you will also lead the recruitment, planning, and setup of a second home which has already been selected - a spacious five-bedded detached property in a picturesque location. Both homes will cater to three young individuals with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs. Following this setup, you will then manage both homes simultaneously.
We are seeking a champion who shares our dedication to providing a child-focused service, capable of identifying, training, and motivating a team to uphold the same standards. Do you have the necessary experience, passion, and skills to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent - (Essential)
- A proven track record of managing Ofsted registered childcare provision (Essential)
- A clean current driving licence (Essential)
