Our candidate is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer to join as an Associate in their growing insolvency and restructuring team.
The ideal candidate will be 1-2 PQE with previous experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters and a desire to specialise within the insolvency industry.
Working in their insolvency and restructuring team, you will work on various insolvency and restructuring work. The clients include insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, and other stakeholders. Their matters range from high value and high profile matters to smaller matters working closely with other teams in the firm including our highly ranked Charities, Family and Real Estate teams.
A knowledge of cross-border insolvency issues and claims involving international parties/assets is required.
You will be given a high level of responsibility, whether managing files on your own (under the supervision and with the support of others in the team) or working with the team on larger matters. You will be actively involved in the team's business development activities, with the desire and initiative to identify opportunities in the market.
