Document Controller

Our client has asked us to recruit 2x Document Controllers for remote (work from home) positions within their team.

For the first 4-6 weeks you must be willing to attend training at our client's facility in Kendal, Cumbria.

After this training period you can work remotely but must be willing to visit facilities / sites & attend meetings in person as required. This could be nationally across the UK or internationally particularly during start-up phases of new projects.

Role and responsibilities

Oversee our client's document management processes

Responsible for the edit and storage of company documents

Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

Use of Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and Outlook as well as other systems

Requirements
4+ years experience in a Document Controller role within the construction environment would be an advantage
Strong IT comprehension & ability to use MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills

This position requires proficiency in English, as all documentation & communication will be conducted in English

Previous experience with Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and Outlook is essential

Requirements

Must be fluent in English

Must have 2-4 years Admin experience

Ideally you will be local to Cumbria but not essential

Must be willing to attend training at our client's facility in Kendal, Cumbria, for 4-6 weeks

Conditions

Negotiable hourly pay rate

Normal office hours

Long term duration with the potential for it to possibly result in a permanent contract
