Salary: £23,000 - £30,000

I am working with one of the North Wests best IT Solutions providers leading their search for an IT Support Analyst who can assist with the on-site IT Support in their Blackpool / Lancashire based School customers.

Responsibilities:
- * Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
- * Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
- * Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
- * Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
- * Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
- * Supporting an allocated network of Schools on a rotational basis.
