Field Service Engineer
Covering the Midlands and North West England.
Service Engineer required for an international company that specialises in engraving, marking and cutting machinery and consumables.
Feild Service Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical support for customers on-site and on the phone.
- Installation, commissioning, and operator training for new machines on site.
- Service and repair machines on-site or at the main office.
- On-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair.
- Generate the sale of services by promoting extended warranties, rental of equipment, reconditioning of machines, maintenance contracts, trainings, etc.
Feild Service Engineer Education/Experience required
- Higher academic level in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering is preferable
- 5 years of experience in technical assistance, customization, and/or customer relations
- Knowledge of computer tools (Office Suite, CRM, ERP, CAD software)
- Knowledge of mechanics and automation
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Travelling (5 days a week)
- Customer relationship
