Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a well-established business based in Southampton, reporting into the Finance Director. This role will be full-time, covering a 6-month FTC to support the business complete a system implementation.
The Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll within a group function
- Leading the process for a new system implantation and continuously identify improvements
- Management of statutory calculations and holiday pay
- Ensure all new legislation and government requirements are met
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Has strong knowledge of implementing new systems
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
