TELESALES EXEC Overview

TELESALES EXEC Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions required.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
TELESALES EXEC Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
