The Company:
A rapidly expanding, professional training provider with a network of training centres across the UK, in addition to a substantial online delivery programme. The business has doubled in size since 2020 and due to its continued success is now hiring a Credit Controller to join the Finance Team. The team work remotely with a monthly get together at their office in London.
The Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a newly created position to support the Credit function as the business continues to scale up.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers and arranging payment by telephone and email.
- Posting and reconciling payments onto the system.
- Resolving any invoice queries.
- Contribute to the aged debtor reports.
- Assist with invoice posting.
About You:
We are looking for an excellent communicator with a 'Customer First' mindset. You must be comfortable working remotely, while maintaining close contact with the rest of the team over Teams. Previous experience in Credit Control is advantageous.
