This newly created position will be a stand-alone role working alongside the sales and Finance teams. The purpose of this role is to improve relationships with clients and chase debts. The Credit Control Manager's responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day overseeing of the Credit Control function
- Calling and emailing clients which include supermarkets, restaurants and family run businesses
- Set up credit limits for clients and work closely with the sales teams
- Lead an effective in-house debt recovery service
- Manage senior queries and call escalations Manage, set and deliver appropriate performance targets
The idea candidate:
- An experienced credit controller/ accounts receivable Manager
- Able to travel into London
- Ideally FMCG or Retail experience
