This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK Fintech client that provide funding to small and medium businesses. The company has strong financial backing, exciting growth plans and is now looking to recruit an additional person to support its high-performance sales team.
The starting salary will be £30,000 - £35,000 base plus commission with a first-year OTE of £40,000 - £45,000 with the potential to earn significantly higher in future.
About the Job
The role will be working as sales support for at least 12 months. There will be a 12 month support and training period working under the senior sales executives, after which the candidate is expected to progress into a full sales role
Tasks Include:
- Following up on previously qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions) to reengage them, before passing onto sales agents to close
- Speaking with brokers and introducers to push them to close new deals
- Assisting the sales team with admin duties
- Answering the phone if necessary to assist with inbound enquiries.
- Developing and managing relationships with customers and brokers/introducers
About the Candidate
- We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and motivated individual, who enjoys selling! Someone who is hungry to make an impression.
- Ideally a candidate with a University degree, with 6 months- 1 year of experience.
- This is primarily a phone-based sales role and the candidate has to be comfortable making 50-plus calls a day
- The candidate will be well-spoken, fluent in English and be competitive by nature.
