Business Development Manager
Location: Halifax
Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively call new business opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage inbound sales opportunities, providing quotes through a job management system.
- Secure sales with clients through relationship building and follow-ups.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships via outbound calls and emails.
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and customers effectively.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management.
- Organize workload and contribute to team-based discussions and strategies.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Previous experience in telesales is essential.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Passion for sales with a high level of motivation.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
