As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Sales and Lettings success. You will lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities of a Branch Manager
- Develop and implement effective Sales and Lettings strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
- Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adapt the approach as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements of a Branch Manager
- Proven experience in sales and lettings within the real estate industry.

- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
