Inside Sales Representative / £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus / Paddington London
My client, a leading global technology solutions provider, are looking to grow their UK sales division and recruit an Inbound Sales Representative on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales ability and have worked within a similar role for an IT services provider.
Role & Responsibilities:
- First line of contact for any new customer enquiries via telephone, emails or chats
- Approaching target customers and investigating correct contacts and the opportunity
- Questioning potential customers on their needs and selling the companies services
- Passing qualified leads to Business Development Managers
- Providing quotations to customers
Essential Skillset:
- At least 1 years' experience working for an IT service provider or similar
- Previously worked in a telephone based position
- Proven success in a Sales/Customer Service environment
- The successful candidate will have a keen interest or passion in the tech industry
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent at developing and retaining relationships with customer/clients
Package:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + quarterly and annual bonuses
