Are you ready to pivot your career to internal recruitment?

We are looking for a collaborative and driven individual to join our ambitious internal recruitment team. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take ownership of a specific business area, collaborating closely with stakeholders to strategically plan and resource your function. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to our organisation.

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to recruitment that balances proactive and reactive methods. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and plan to meet them effectively.
  • Source and attract candidates, ensuring a strong match with various positions across your business area according to recruiting managers' specifications.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with reporting managers across the business. Ensure you understand their recruitment needs and adopt a proactive approach to fulfilling them.
  • Ensure vacancies are advertised promptly across a variety of platforms and methods to maximise visibility and attract the best candidates.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Keep track of potential candidates and maintain engagement with them.
  • Conduct pre-screen calls and face-to-face interviews to evaluate their suitability.
  • Promote MHR careers through social media and other channels. Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of the business environment and how recruitment impacts overall business success.
  • Capable of managing multiple recruitment processes and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering accordingly.
  • Proficient in asking the right questions to assess candidates suitability and gather necessary information.
