We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Channel Account Manager to join our Manchester office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, ensuring the growth and success of our channel sales program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our network.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
