The business are a renowned SME investment management firm who are looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager into their marketing team in London. This role will be instrumental in managing projects and improving processes for the team.

Description

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Operations Manager:

Performance measurement: Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and work with campaigns owners to implement optimisations.

CRM ownership: Be the CRM expert within the team (we use Dynamics 365 and Hubspot), empowering our marketing team to nurture leads effectively by developing and managing our lead management process and lead scoring, regularly making optimisations based on sales and marketing feedback.

Agency management: Own the development agency relationship gathering requirements across the team including bugs and improvements, coordinating with design to brief in changes to the agency across all websites.

Digital capabilities: Drive the improvement of our digital capabilities with a customer-first mindset, identifying opportunities for improvements to the customer experience.

Budgeting: Monitoring expenditure and completing a formal monthly review of actual and forecast expenditure with the Head of Marketing

Process management: Gather requirements from the team to develop scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.

Operational activities: ensure effective delivery of the team's 'business as usual' operational activities, utilising appropriate team resource where required.

Infrastructure: own, maintain and improve our marketing tech stack.

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Educated to degree standard, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least three years of CRM experience (preferably in HubSpot).
  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Ideally will have worked in financial services
