We are looking for an articulate and professional Marketing Assistant to support our client with some exclusive events.
Job title: Marketing Assistant
Days: Monday- Friday
Location: West end
Hourly rate: £13-14phr
Duration: 1-2 months temporary
Duties
- Co-ordination of events with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Calendar management
- Combination drafting
- Booking Entertainment
- Preparing Gift bags and Boxes for attendees
- Registration desks
- Preparing Badges for attendees
- Logistics - AV/Lights etc.
- Staff co-ordination for the event
- Branding for the event
- Ensure all communications are sent prior to the event
- Other ad hoc tasks
What we are looking for
- Previous event management/ Coordination experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- MS efficient
- A professional and articulate person
- A team player
- Organised and reliable
