A well established organisation in the Nottingham area are looking for a Voids Cleansing Operative to join their team on a temporary contract, initially for 3 months.

£15-17ph paid weekly via umbrella
As a Voids Cleansing Operative, you will be:
- Cleaning and clearing empty properties to a high standard.
- Disposing of items within the properties
- Clearing the garden and other areas
- Using petrol powered equipment
- General grounds maintenance
As a Voids Cleansing Operative, you need:
- Experience of undertaking cleaning of domestic properties.
- Experience or ability in Gardening Maintenance, and the use of petrol-powered equipment. Experience of removing bulky / heavy refuse in accordance with laid down health and safety procedures.
- Knowledge and experience of working within the limits of all Health and Safety legislation relevant to the building industry
