- This is a key position reporting to Head of Maintenence regarding all issues that relate to the maintenance and administration of the facility.Must be a car/owner driver
- All building and site repairs,
General basic knowledge in plumbing and electrics
- Able to hang doors general carpentry
- Happy to work on there own and in a small team.
- Able to work with: -
o Health and safety compliance
o Fire risk analysis and compliance
o Security
o COSHH
o General maintenance - painting and decorating
o Liaise with Sub-contractors when required.
o Monitor cost control
o Strong communication at all levels.
Full time the hours are 8.00am to 5pm Monday-Friday but there is flexibilityforpart-timehourstobeconsidered.
Salary £27K+ per annum full time hours.
