Description
As the Raw Materials Planner you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing raw materials planning and scheduling for production.
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting orders/deliveries as necessary.
- Collaborating with the buyers to resolve any supply issues.
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure material availability.
- Utilise ERP system for order management and reporting.
- Participate in regular planning meetings with key stakeholders.
Profile
The successful Raw Materials Planner should have:
- Worked in a similar planning role within a fast paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- High level of attention to detail.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of c£20 - £22 per hour DOE.
- A long term temporary role to start as soon as possible.
