Do you have a background in Food Production Management or similar looking to join a growing SME that is currently taking over the market in a challenging yet rewarding role that offers loads of progression?
On offer is the exciting opportunity to be a part of a new, independent food and beverage company that are developing into new areas of business and infiltrating the market. This successful company has no limits, they supply retailers such as Ocado and have partnerships with many well-known popular brands, on top of this, they are looking to open a shop and expand their business in many other ways.
This varied role will see you responsible for managing a small team and leading production, developing new recipes, liaising with clients and suppliers, ordering stock and finding new suppliers, stock takes/checks and general cleaning and organisation. This is a Monday-Friday role working 10-hour shifts with a late start on Friday.
This role is suited to a Food Production Manager who is looking to progress and be part of an independent SME in a varied role.
