Sales and Customer Service Executive Duties:
- Processing orders which you receive via emails or phone
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Upselling to new and existing customers
- Dealing with sales enquiries if needed
- Operating the live chat system
- Answering customer questions and queries on the products
