The Estates Office manages all works on the estate covering reactive and planned maintenance, small and large scale refurbishments, property acquisitions and all Landlord & Tenant related matters. A small in-house selection of trade professionals, together with Security, Front of House, Housekeeping and Garden staff are also managed through the Estates Office.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a facilities management helpdesk where you have used CAFM systems.

The role

  • Fully training provided.
  • Working on helpdesk of a high skilled estates team.
  • Manging service charges.
  • Managing the CAFM system.

The person

  • Candidates need to be able to commute to Covent garden everyday.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Candidates will ideally have experience working on a helpdesk and have used a CAFM system but this can be trained.
