CMA Recruitment Group are thrilled to partnering exclusively with this growing business to recruit for a Payroll Assistant. An Opportunity work within a fast paced PE backed organisation.

Dealing with circa 800 employees within a friendly payroll team, completing payroll tasks using Sage 50 Payroll. Using your attention to detail to take ownership of processing payroll, working within the friendly wider finance team, and helping to implementing improvements.

Immediately available or on short notice to start.

What will the Payroll Assistant role involve?

  • Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payroll for multiple entities.
  • Process monthly staff expenses.
  • Calculating and processing holiday pay.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Onboarding new members of staff.
  • Pension reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Assistant vacancy:

  • 2 years Payroll experience.
  • Experience using Sage 50 Payroll.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills with internal teams.
  • Good attention to detail.
