Join our client's dynamic and innovative team as a Warehouse Operative! As an integral part of their organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of goods. With an attractive hourly rate of £13.33, this temporary full-time position is based in Rochester.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and load deliveries
- Use our client's business software system to issue goods
- Pack and prepare goods for forward shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform inventory checking and reconciliation
- Move stock between buildings
- Maintain accurate records of all goods received and dispatched
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks
- Current Counterbalance forklift licence
- Possession of a driving licence
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
