**Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the European transport logistics market.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the European market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the senior management team.
