Internal Sales Support Specialist
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable for the right person)
+ Monthly and annual bonus
Office based in Dunstable, LU5
Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:30 (Flexible on hours for the right person)
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist – someone with a good understanding and experience of the building materials & construction supplies industry.
Join our team as an Internal Sales Support Specialist and become a key player in supporting our sales managers and senior sales team. We seek a driven, enthusiastic individual who excels in building and nurturing meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the sales managers – thoroughly looking after existing accounts in the business and any repeat orders.
- Calling customers who have enquired via the website.
- Efficiently and accurately handle order processing to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Communicate with customers via phone to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maintain effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Ambitious and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with K8 or similar sales management software is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the interiors construction sector is advantageous but not essential.
