HVAC Engineer

We are currently looking for a HVAC Engineer to join our growing team, we have the world's largest portfolio of building technology, software and services. Supported by a team of more than 100,000 dedicated employees working across 150 countries, you will be an integral part of our service team at Heathrow/BA, focused on delivering top-tier maintenance services for HVAC systems. This role is semi-mobile, requiring travel however you will predominantly be based at Heathrow (Monday - Friday). We work within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

What you will do

Our Service & Maintenance Team perform routine scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems. Part of the role is to conduct inspections to assess the condition of HVAC systems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. You will collaborate with clients to understand specific maintenance needs and provide excellent customer service and document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements.

This role is semi-mobile, predominantly based at Heathrow. You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC equipment, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities. In this role you will need to have proven experience working on a wide variety of HVAC equipment.

What we look for

  • Proven experience in HVAC service & maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plants.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or a related field: F-Gas qualifications and NVQ level 2 or equivalent preferable
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
