**About the Role:

As a Children's Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, you'll use your expertise to assess needs, risks, and provide high-quality interventions. You'll take charge of your caseload, supporting children and families while building strong relationships with partner agencies. This role will allow you to engage in complex casework and become a reliable source of knowledge and support within the team.

**Your Experience and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years' experience in frontline social work in the UK. You'll demonstrate your knowledge in areas such as attachment theory, developmental trauma, and therapeutic interventions. You'll also have experience managing risks within a caseload, and the ability to work in partnership with carers and other professionals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW)
