Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
The role:
A leading Build-to-Rent operator is seeking an Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Leeds. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading day to day operations on site, resident satisfaction and leasing activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an on site team.
- Hiring, training and developing staff.
- Supervising the planning and execution of events.
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
- Ensuring team are implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Maximising revenue streams.
- Completing reports relating to leasing activities, budgets etc.
The person:
- Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
- Experience leading on site teams.
- Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
- Knowledge of H&S regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
