Role Overview:
This role involves planning, coordinating, and conducting assessments of construction products and systems related to roofing and building envelopes. You'll also prepare contract offers and estimates. The role includes research and performance investigation of construction products, working within a team of specialists to meet targets. While not a sales position, there is potential for growth into a technical sales role, supported by company-led learning and development.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of roofing/building materials industry
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards
- Experience with construction products and systems
- Experience in site work, surveys, and technical reporting
