As a teaching assistant in Newham, you will have the incredible opportunity to work closely with this special child, providing the necessary support and guidance to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to children, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the child's active participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other professionals to develop individualized learning plans for the child.

Monitor and assess the child's progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:
