Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Head of eCommerce Innovations. The official job title is Head of Customer Experience Innovations.

[Overview]

This role sits in Customer Experience Innovations department, which mainly focuses on two business domains.

First domain is heading towards a new Customer engaged digital channel expansion and the existing Customer journey improvement, by new innovative solutions to deliver more attractive Customer experiences for the journeys to the client's aftersales touchpoints.

Second domain is driving innovation to support the eCommerce business of the client. Enhancing new features and improving existing functions to create compelling Customer experiences from the before sales perspectives.

[Purpose of the Job]

The key objective is to help our clients to innovate, enhance their customer experiences and workforce efficiently by leveraging new technologies, and building required capabilities. The key to success is to both deliver on existing projects and support client lead objectives, while also driving the business forwards by bringing the company innovation and experience to support the client.

[Key Accountabilities](1) Harmonise the team members to maintain their output with the client

(2) Work closely with key stakeholders of the client to capture their requirements and provide expertise/ insight into best practices

(3) Carry out capabilities development including hiring and up skilling of existing resources to meet future needs of business expansion.

[Requirements]
(1) Must be educated to degree level

(2) Must have minimum 5 years experience in eCommerce and customer experiences projects and business domains

(3) Project management and planning skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

(4) Familiar with IT system integration and architectures, terms and concepts.

(5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams both internal and external, as well as building strong and trusting relationships with client stakeholders.

(6) Experience with sales engagements - supporting internal and external sales opportunities.

(7) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with various stakeholders.

(8) Experience with, or in-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry desirable

(9) Experience in developing & implementing operational excellence across processes and playbooks for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), contract renewals, expansion opportunities, and review of key business metrics desirable

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Hybrid working: 3 days in the office & 2 days work from home

(3) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract (subject to be extended)

(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

(5) Annual basic salary: up to 100K (depending on experience)

(6) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.

(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
