About The Company:

My unique manufacturing client based in Biggin Hill is going through a period of sustained growth and expansion which is set to continue.

The Role:

My client is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the finance team. Working closely with the management accountant and finance manager to support the finance operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Finance team and assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Your keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential to ensure smooth financial operations

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining expense reports

Assisting with daily bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records

Effectively monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections

Assist with preparation of financial data and budgeting with some forecasting

Desirable Skills:

Some finance experience is preferable, with clear and precise communication skills required

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
