We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with a strong track record in customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting customers across web, phone, and email, ensuring all inquiries and accounts are handled with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer accounts and provide administrative support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Identify opportunities to build customer loyalty through the promotion of additional services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices and effective team performance.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle large volumes of work, and self-organize.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for managing customer data and accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A background in motor insurance is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to providing excellent service, your adaptability, and your desire to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
